On July 21, 2009 my car was impounded (not by police), but by the
Dutch IRS, for failing to hand-over trumped up tax charges which my
small business could have never earned, according to my filed tax
deductions. In addition the bank account of my small business has been
impounded by the IRS as well. An important part of my business
activities involves the use of my car. The impoundment of my car can
only be explained as an outrageous attempt by the IRS to shutdown my
business by force, without a valid and sane reason.
It can be compared to those EXACTIONS reported only to happen in former
overseas colonies like India and Indonesia. The difference being that
today such exactions have moved into Western Europe and America as well
, the home countries of these old style colonialists themselves. My
conclusion is that today the old style Colonialist has started to
devour his own home country and town, through abuse of power of IRS
officials and police. )

It's more likely that Leonid Nevzlin was a double agent for Israel
instead of reportedly Alexander Litvinenko. Just look how and when
Leonid Nevzlin was introduced into Yukos Oil. Nevzlin was hired during
the Reagan, Gorbachev years, and was reponsible since that time for
Yukos's corporate security and political relations. He's done some
great work for the movement and is now awarded to "Chairman" of the
Tel Aviv Diaspora museum, after settlements to transfer Yukos shares
to third parties.

Hi,
As rumors float around like cheese cakes around the why and how the
death of Alexander Litvinenko came about, all agree that Litvinenko
died due to excessive radioactive radiation...
That made me think on how Greg Hallett describes how Adolf Hitler came
to his end on Feb 15, 1950, being a gardener somewhere in Spain [1]:
page 296,297 (1st edition, (c)2005 Greg Hallett, no index) :
"When I [Spymaster] met Father Ryan [IRA soldier in Spain using

English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and one other language I

Such a statement is quite comparable to that of Pope Gregory XIII
(1958-63), formerly Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli, who in 1962 issued a

move any claims of paedophilia to discussion" on penalty of being

Psych-Opps Schools in Tavistock and Ireland, when he lived in
Liverpool for six months, and during his frequent visits to London.

make the Austrian, `a trusted German'.
That the young Irishman was close to the same age as Hitler was,

"the curio that Hitler had become was not worth the risk that he
posed", and a decision was made to terminate him (3 January 1950).
Radioactive plates were slipped into this mattress (5 January
1950), as per the British, and he died of stomach cancer some six

Since WWII death by radioactive radiation is a frequently used method
by British secret service. My perpection is that inside the London
hospital Litvinenko's bed or even his room must have been trunk filled
with radioactive radiation. Anyone who would have visited Litvinenko
with a Geiger counter would have known immediately.
So now you know. If you ever get injured or sick by food poisoning,
you better watch out not to get trapped inside a "nazi" controlled
hospital.

grab ownership of Yukos and related Russian OIL assets.
If Litvinenko were MOSSAD, he should have kept his mouth shut
after Russian OIL assets went over to Israeli hands. Instead
Alexander Litvinenko (i.e. "MOSSAD Agent") makes a lot of noise
raising the suspicion on Putin for playing very weird curve balls
related to Russian native OIL companies, where Putin somehow
fails on ALL occasions to secure these assets for Russia itself.
In fact Litvinenko got orders to kill his former boss, oligarch Boris
Berezovsky, a TRUE Russian business man, but refuses to, and defects
from the KGB and fled to Turkey in October 2000. There he contact's
his old boss through associate Alex Goldfarb, who gets him political
asylum and even citizinship inside the UK. So Litvinenko even
had a official address in London, where british police found traces
of radioactive material.
To muddy the waters the _real_ Israeli operative Leonid Nevzlin, former
CEO of the oil giant YUKOS, releases a media campaign to denounce the
russian spy as a MOSSAD agent, after Litvinenko got to much success in
pointing the finger to the real perpetrators.
Putin, despite of how patriotic he wants to look in Russian and
foreign media, has been very effectve to bring Russian OIL and other KEY
businesses into foreign ownership. I dare to claim that Putin is of
the same school as Chertoff, and is in effect under direct orders of
Rothschild himself.

A mathematician and computer programmer by training, in 1989,
Berezovsky left the world of academia to start a business, becoming
one of the most successful entrepreneurs of the period, his
interests including auto industry, oil, aluminium, and mass media.
Berezovsky began his business career by buying and reselling
automobiles from state manufacturer AutoVAZ. During the lawlessness
of the early 1990s Berezovsky survived several assassination
attempts, including a 1994 car bomb attack when his driver was
killed.
During the presidency of Boris Yeltsin, Berezovsky was one of the
so-called oligarchs who gained access to the president, becoming a
close member of Yeltsin's inner-circle, unofficially known as the
"Family". He used this influence to acquire stakes in state
companies including the car giant AutoVAZ, state airline Aeroflot,
and several oil properties that he organized into Sibneft. He also
founded a bank to finance his operations and acquired several news
media holdings. These media provided essential support for
Yeltsin's re-election in 1996.
Already one of the most influential members of President Yeltsin's
entourage, in the mid-1990s Berezovsky openly entered politics and
was appointed secretary of Russia's National Security Council and
head of the Executive Committee of the CIS. He was behind the
creation of the pro-Kremlin Unity party that came second (after the
Communists) in the 1999 parliamentary elections, as well as being
chief negotiator of the peace treaty that ended the first Chechen
war in 1996.
On July 8, 2000, Russia's new president Vladimir Putin announced in
his address that Russia would no longer tolerate ''shady groups''
that divert money abroad, establish their own ''dubious'' security
services, and block the development of a liberal market economy.
Soon after Berezovsky voiced his plans to create an opposition
party led by regional governors and other influential figures
threatened by Putin's drive for power. At the end of the year the
prosecution declared Berezovsky the main suspect in the
misappropriation of large sums from Aeroflot - Russia's national
airline in which he owned large stakes. A similar case against
Berezovsky dealt with large-scale fraud in his Logovaz car company.
Berezovsky left Russia at the end of 2000. In March 2003, he was
arrested in London but released on bail. In October of the same
year he received political asylum in the United Kingdom. His stake
in Russia's major television company ORT (now First Channel) was
sold, and his own TV6 channel was closed by a ruling of the Russian
Arbitration Court. Still an active critic of President Putin, Boris
Berezovsky is now living under the name of Platon Yelenin.

So Boris Berezovsky is one of very few business men who actually has
had a decent science education. This is very rare and seldom seen these
days. Berezovsky was certainly NOT a business school type of British
or American modelling, where in recent years graduates were "educated"
in efficient methods to sell and rip off profitable parts of good
businesses and 'outsource' them to overseas parts of the world.
Does this profile fit that of a criminal type, a hitman if you like,
who builds his oligarch empire with such methods. I don't think so.
So when in the 1990's Alexander Litvinenko receives orders from the FSB
in 1998 to kill his boss Boris Berezovsky, right after Vladimir Putin
became head of the FSB in July 1998, we can understand why Litvinenko
defected from the FSB. Besides, Vladimir Putin was the first civilian
head of the FSB (the successor agency to the KGB) from July 1998 to
August 1999, and also served as Secretary of the Security Council from
March to August 1999. All the predecessors to Putin were Generals from
the Russian Military.

Vreeland's notes and the Oligarch Connection
In November 2001, Mike Ruppert started to receive e-mails about a case
in Toronto concerning a man who was claiming to be an officer in what
was traditionally called the Office of Naval Intelligence and who had
forewarned of the attacks of 9/11. Ruppert had been sent a copy of the
October 23 Toronto Star story, by a reporter named Nick Pron,
that described the basics of the case. The man, Delmart "Mike"
Vreeland, had been held in jail since December of 2000 and was fighting
extradition to Michigan on charges of credit card fraud. According to
Pron's story, Vreeland had written a sealed warning of the attacks a
month before 9/11 and handed it to his jailers. The note had been
opened on September 14. {17}

Although the Vreeland story and the handling of it by Mike Ruppert has
been generally discredited by many, certain things about this case need
to be emphasized. First, the CIA is for serious people, whereas Naval
Intelligence, in general, harbors the heavily mind controlled
assassins, like e.g. Lee Harvey Oswald, George Griggs (trained assassin
and husband of Kay Griggs who did an extensive interview on her
husbands conducts and Naval Intelligence). If Vreeland was of Naval
Intelligence his weird behavior is understandable and has been commonly
observed. Next it sure is possible that Vreeland's behavior of playing
the 911 whistleblower was _ALSO_ part of a Naval Intelligence mind
control project, where his function would be to absolutely discredit
all the other 911 whistleblowers stepping forward including himself.
In doing so, Vreeland's story would be a limited hangout, where his
notes should be confusing. At least its contents should be the start of
a endless discussion of details, where the real important facts are
hopefully overlooked. The media coverage of Litvinenko's death and its
Polonium trail all over Europe is a very good example of such a
campaign. However Vreeland's notes do contain words and short sentences
which, still today, Tue Jan 2, 2007, without a shatter of doubt are
directly connected to the 911 massacre. The scripted style of
Vreeland's notes suggest that Naval Intelligence obviously was hoping a
media campaign would start where countless conspiracy acrobats would
launch ever more daring theories.
As times passes, a lot of crap written about 911, inspired by
Vreeland's notes, has today become defunct. However one thing has
started to shine up, and that is the mentioning of the Oligarch
connection to 911.
Mike Ruppert's theory that "Peak Oil" was the reason for the 911
attack, like his treatment of the Vreeland notes, has been frequently
discarded. Ruppert borrowed the theory from former National Security
Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski, who wrote this down inside the book "The
Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives"
[2].
Today we see that it's not lack of Oil which creates the Peak Oil
crisis, but actually the other way around : The hunt for total control
and possible ownership of several key Oil and Gas Reserves all around
the world (most prominent Iraq and Russia) in order to create shortage
and increased pricing, in effect creating and simulating a effect which
can also be observed during a 'Peak Oil' crisis. Ruppert was on the
right track but obviously was put on the wrong foot twice when writing
all the gathered evidence up inside his book [1].
But as always with limited hangouts : They always contain _more_ truth
as is already known in confirmed stories, so never ever dismiss a
limited hangout story before analyzing it in full detail. Hear Mike

Why? Turki knew to much. Turki Al Faisal knew about 911 in _advance_.
It turns out that recently 30 US-French agents were arrested on
fabricated charges (training of "fresh" Al Qaeda insurgents) in Egypt,
where in reality the same 30 US-French agents were hot on the trail of
a guy called Dr. HAIDER.
[1] p.191 mentions this :
"On other entry stood out, but there was little I could do with it
at the moment. It was significant because it was the second place
where "World Trade Center" has been written. The entry read
"world trade center/in jail (Dr. Haider)?"
Then next the following is mentioned by a woman called Greta Knutzen
[1] p.195 :
"Vreeland requested that his guards seal the note and register it
in his personal effects, which they did. The fact that the note was
written and sealed a month prior to the violent attacks of
September 11 has not been disputed. Another name on the note was
"Dr. Haider," followed by the question, "Whats his contacts." [sic]
It may well be a coincidence, but, a man called Abu Doha, using the
alias Dr. Haider, was arrested in London in early 2001. The sworn
affidavit of an FBI special agent dated July 2 indicates that Doha
was suspected of conspiring to bomb various US targets, including
airports. Doha was allegedly a leader of an Algerian terrorist
cell operating from Afghanistan, associated with Osama bin Laden's
terrorist network, Al Qaeda. Coincidence or not, it certainly begs
the question of how a jailed man with limited access to computers
could know such an obscure detail. {20}"
Al Faisal absolutely knew between Vreeland and the above related issues,
with Dr. HAIDER aka. Abu Doha as the main brain and architect behind
911. At least this HAIDER type was the one who briefed Vreeland and
resulted in *WildCard* Vreeland writing up and sealing his notes in
Toronto prison.
A lot of info is inside these notes...which are in fact notes
describing a world coup as we will find out. 911 is just the
beginning.....
The Vreeland notes are extensively analyzed and discussed inside [1]chapter 11 "Vreeland I" and chapter 17 "Vreeland II: Silencing Me".
In particular chapter 11 inside [1], page 191 :
" Once I looked at the note I saw that indeed it mentioned Osama Bin
Laden, The World Trade Center, and the Pentagon. It also mentioned
other things that had been prominently in the news right after the
attacks: Sears Towers, water supplies, the White House, The Navy
Pear, and several Canadian targets.
Two chilling sentences appeared in the top half: "They will paint
me crazy and call me a liar"; and "let one happen -- stop the
rest!!!" The last phrase was the most important item on the note.
It directly implied that US intelligence services had achieved
complete penetration of al Qaeda cells involved in the attacks.
This was something I had suspected.
The lower half of the note was filled with a variety of names that
had little immediate significance. I did recognize the name "ulista
petrovka" as being a street or place in downtown Moscow not far
from Red Square. Upon returning to L.A., I checked a few names to
see what I could find quickly. One in particular was Chalva
Tchigirinsky, (Vreeland has misspelled it) who was connected
somehow with money. It did not take long for me to confirm that
Tchigirinsky was a Russian oil executive who had business
relationships with BP and Gazprom, the company that had been trying
to build the trans-Afghan gas pipeline from Turkmenistan.
Tchigirinsky's interests stretched into Central Asia and the
Caspian. He was also president of the Moscow Oil Company.
Later on a talented researcher Nico Haupt was to forwward me a
detailed background on Tchigirinsky, which elaborated further on
his oil, real estate and business ventures, including a deal signed
in early 2002 with Halliburton. Tchigirinsky was an oligarch."

Guinness and a few others. Sibirs auditor is Ernst & Young. In
December 2001, a few weeks after the opening of a new pipeline in
Uzbekistan, Sibir tried to to merge with the Central Fuel Company
that owns a refinery and a big retail network in Moscow region.
They announced, that they had acquired a further 20 per cent stake
in Yugraneft from Gazprom. Gazprom later had major problems.
On March 06, 2002 the Energy News Portal Gas+Oil wrote in their
issue, that Gazprom became the "russian ENRON":

So basicly under the "rulership" of G.W. Bush we have had Enron blown
up, where in Russia under the "rulership" of Vladimir Putin we have had
Gazprom blown up. Understand correctly that Enron and Gazprom are in
essence exactly the same businesses: the transportation and delivery
of Gas. Natural Gas in the ground needs very few processing to be used
in houses, where Oil crude needs massive processing inside refineries.
That leaves us the last common used asset, which is also mentioned
inside the Vreeland Notes : Water supplies. A possible attack on
Water Supplies is mentioned. On the bottom right its mentioned :
"2007" "2009"

"brown recluse"
"Water How?".
On http://www.sanderhicks.com/DVsupp1.htm"brown recluse" is
interpreted as the venomous spider where its venom then is inserted
into the water supply, but that is bogus. Vreeland most probably heard
the World Coup plotters talk about "brown recluse" and never figured
what that is all about.
My interpretation of "BROWN RECLUSE" is that once Bush & Co. have
successfully enlarged their powergrip on the USA, which typically
happens after the Midterm election of 2006, in January 2007, or the
Presidential elections in 2008, which installs a new president and
power in 2009, they will induce a nationwide RECLUSE by BROWNSHIRTS, to
anyone who dares to speak up about 911 and related matters.
As to how one plants a terrorist attack on water supplies, my Chemist
teacher from highschool knew of a far more efficient method as spider's
venom : He said: You typically insert Plutonium, or Polonium into the
central watersupply and the next day no-one will be even able to read
the newspapers, let alone they can still print em.
Now where do they get the "minerals" to "enhance" the water supply?

Hi,
A lot of essential knowledge about Michael Chertoff is lacking on
the internet, at least on his wikipage, so here comes an attempt
to fill out the gaps :
In September 1986 as Assistant U.S. Attorney, Michael Chertoff together
with U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Rudolph
Giuliani were instrumental in putting the American (Italian) Mafia on
trial. Mafia Don John Gotti had been locked in prison without bail
since May 1986, only a few months after he allegedly took control of
the Gambino gang following the murder of the previous boss, Paul
Castellano. It was the start of the total cleanup of the Italian Mafia
in New York and Chicago. see also [1].
Next Chertoff was appointed by President George H. W. Bush in 1990 as
United States Attorney for the state in 1990. In 1992 Chertoff put 2nd
term Jersey City Mayor Gerald McCann in federal prison for over two
years on charges of defrauding money from a savings and loan scam.
McCann, an Irish born Jersey native, inflamed and insulted the leading
prosecutor: "It will become obvious that they were insane to bring this
case in the first place. And we are going to send Mr. Chertoff back to
preparing wills. Maybe I can find him a job driving a sanitation truck

Its not far fetched to assume that the real pain of todays 'global war

turns out that a lot of these scams, like the pension scams, the Enron
case etc. seem to have been carefully planned in time around the
September 11, 2001 attacks on the WTC buildings. Today, years after
that secret global 911 plotters conference was held, we know who these
plotters are. It's not simply the richer vs. the poorer though. The
Zionist word has been frequently mentioned inside reports based upon
hard fact evidence.
Currently we see in Holland that the larger real-estate tycoons are
hitting the dust. The most important and illustrious of them are Willem
Endstra, Erik de Vlieger, and Jan Dirk Paarlberg. All of these were/are
the exclusive owners of very well known and reputed public places and
palaces. Willem Endstra was the owner of the The Hague Kurhaus. He was
killed and liquidated by a hit team of Willem Holleeder. Mr. Paarlberg
and Mr. de Vlieger are still alive, and i bet very happy so, but its
reported that these men lost over EUR 10,= billion in private property.
And that is inside the Netherlands alone.
The most weird of all is that neither two of the survived business men
filed complaints or lawsuits yet to get their fortunes back. As to the
identity and background of the briber Willem Holleeder is not much
known, except that Willem Holleeder was one of the three hijackers of
Freddy Heineken, the late Dutch Beer Brewery tycoon. His activities of
recent years, however, seems to have benefited the governments assets,
and more important the tax collectors benefits.
The law case of Willem Holleeder v. The Netherlands was announced in
October 2006, and from what was reported back then was going to be held
inside a maximum security Law building bunker without any windows, no
press, sealed indictments, the whole works. It turned out this busy
real estate broker Willem Endstra had written a extensive diary about
his dealings including the ones with Willem Holleeder. His diary was
sold in bookstores and supermarkets a year after he was buried.
It sure is interesting to note that the current owner of the The Hague
Kurhaus is not a Dutchman but a unknown foreigner. If today a financial
journalist had to analyze how wealthy a country was, he would not spent
his time inside Bank Buildings, he would be spending all of his time
inside the land registry office.
In February 2007, The Holleeder v. The Netherlands lawcase had a
interesting inversion. The Lawyer for Willem Holleeder, Mr. Abraham
Moszkowicz turns out to also have been the Lawyer of one of Holleeder's
assassinated victims, Willem Endstra. This was cooked up in the press
by a dutch jetset journalist Jort Kelder, who accused Moszkowicz of
being a 'mafiamaatje', dutch slang for being a buddy of the mob.
Holleeder had no problems getting a new lawyer and is now represented
by Mr. Jan Hein Kuijpers as of February 19, 2007.
Holleeder started on October 31, 2006 a protest againts the outrageous
conditions inside the EBI Vught prison by means of a hungerstrike. EBI
means 'Extra Beveiligde Inrichting' which roughly translates to a
prison inside a prison. Bram Moszkowicz had also expressed his
complaints about this as he could not speak directly to Holleeder but

Yesterday yet another Real estate Tycoon of Dutch origin was added
to this Real Estate Owner victims list [2][3]:

THE HAGUE - 47-year-old real estate magnate Victor 't Hooft was
found dead in The Hague on Wednesday evening. His death was the
result of a crime. His son-in-law Bart ter Maten has confirmed this
to Dutch press agency ANP.
The man was killed in his home on the Bezuidenhoutseweg. Police
found the body after a report of a shooting. The police still have
no indications of who the perpetrators might be, said a
spokesperson for the police on Thursday.
The police are investigating the home and its vicinity, but have
found nothing so far. 'T Hooft's home is relatively near to the
Huis ten Bosch, home of Crown Prince Willem Alexander and his
family.
Last year 'T Hooft and his son-in-law reopened the famous café De
Landbouw on the border of The Hague and Wassenaar.
The café was in danger of closing down permanently because of the
construction of a road on the site. 'T Hooft and his son-in-law
rebuilt the café in its original state 100 metres from its former
location.
Victor 't Hooft was in the news several years ago when alderman of
The Hague Hilhorst had to step down in connection with his failure
to supervise the sale of the Housing Management company. The
municipality wanted to hive off the company and hoped to get EUR
100 million for it.
During the sales process it emerged that the Housing Management
company had sold a large number of homes to real estate dealer 'T
Hooft, making the company worth a great deal less than originally
hoped.

Interesting enough the killing of Victor 't Hooft was barely reported
inside the Dutch _printed_ press. The Telegraaf (www.telegraaf.nl) had
a very small section on its front page, but the additional page 3
followup article was _not_ printed. The tiny frontpage section on the
Telegraaf of Nov 8, 2007 reads as follows :

Journaal' reported the killing on the early evening broadcast, but
since then the assassination of Victor 't Hooft has not been reported
on Dutch Television.

wrote about this inside his book "The Kahal". Kahal is
an abreviation for kheder-hakahal, the town-council or

Hi,
A lot of controversy exists about which role Vladimir Putin plays as
President of Russia in the geo-political arena. Is he truly protecting
the interests of the Russian nation by securing its vast economic
reserves, or are these actions tied up to a more grand plan? A plan as
was written down by Zbigniew Brzezinski inside his book "The Grand
Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives"?
A key moment where the players _had_ to open up their cards, was when
the Washington Times reported how Putin ordered the arrest of Mikhail
Khodorkovsky in order to freeze up the shares of Yukos Oil. Yukos Oil
not only represents a large part of Russian's Oil refinery capacity but
also its oil reserves in the ground. The purpose of the arrest by
Putin was not, as many believed, to confiscate the Yukos shares, but to
_freeze_ them [1] :
" Russian prosecutors said owners of the shares are still
entitled to dividends and retain voting rights, but can no longer
sell their stakes.
They said the freeze was necessary as collateral for the $1
billion that Mr. Khodorkovsky and his associates are accused of
misappropriating during the 1990s."
So the owners of Yukos Oil were not disowned through the arrest of Mr.
Khodorkovsky, but rather were told by Putin that Yukos Oil was not
allowed to become the play-ball of overseas takeover or outsourcing
practices. But for the rest of it, it stayed business as usual. It did
however mean that Mr. Khodorkovsky _was_ disowned from his Yukos shares
:
" Voting rights to the shares passed to Mr. Rothschild, 67, under
a "previously unknown arrangement" designed to take effect in the
event that Mr. Khodorkovsky could no longer "act as a beneficiary"
of the shares, it said."
What to make of this all? It looks like the Zionist Masters controllers
became suspicious of the actions by Mr. Khodorkovsky. Khodorkovsky was
reportedly involved in dubious financial transactions using Yukos's
money and oil assets. It certainly looks like the Youngster Oligarchs
became greedy, forgot all about that Grand Chessboard plan, and tried
to become their own independent tycoon.
In order to shutdown these Youngster Oligarchs in their actions, a plan
was plotted which involved Putin to play ball for Jacob Rothschild. The
World Zionist powers to be, made their preparations, which this time
involved Jacob Rothschild himself in having Khodorkovsky sign the
"previously unknown arrangement" after which Putin was hand-signalled
to make his raids on Yukos Oil and other Russian strategic businesses.
Still, many believe that Putin saved Russia with his actions. On the
surface this may be absolutely true, but one should pay close attention
to all of Putin's actions. By their fruits ye shall know them. A key
person who had exactly done this research was of course Alexander
Litvinenko, the former KGB and FSB agent. Litvinenko was assassinated
through radioactive poisoning after he had published a couple of books
which really exposed the Putin regime [2][3].
Is Putin's Russia really that new and free economic bulwark engineered
after western model? Or is it still a totalitarian communistic regime,
which this time has no financial troubles and limits? I opt for the
last, as the work of investigative journalism in Russia has become a
dangerous mission.
What does typify a Communist country? Is it a socialist democracy where
everyone benefits from the country's wealth and prosperity? Or is it
rather a totalitarian regime where only people are allowed to prosper
who closely follow the nations pre-scribed doctrines? Again, i opt for
the last when it concerns Putin's Russia. because thats what it is, the
nation state created and made by Putin, and not by someone else.
How does Putin's Russia fit within the World Zionist order? I dare to
claim that Putin's Russia is the model state after which Europe and the
USA will be molded. No religion is allowed to flourish, paganism is the
new "religion", where secular Zionism closely fits inside. There are
many signs that this process is well under way.

Brig. General Ben Partin mentions a book by a KGB defector from the
1960's, first published in 1984 as a top-secret writing for the CIA,
whose memoirs and confessions were instrumental in the unmasking of top
Soviet Spy Kim Philby, titled "New Lies for Old" by Anatoliy Golitsyn [1].
Although in particular the CIA itself has denounced this book, during
the 1990's after the collapse of the Berlin wall, as a conspiracy
theory tailormade for conspiracy theorists within Western Hemisphere
Intelligence Agencies, recent developments in our 21th century have
only confirmed Anatoliy Golitsyn's findings.
Interesting enough also inside the notes of the book "KGB : The Inside
Story" by Oleg Gordievsky [2], Anatoliy Golitsyn's book "New Lies for
Old" is immediately denounced as conspiracy material without giving a
valid explanation why. This is most surprising as "KGB : The Inside
Story" frequently reserves lots of time and page size to extensively
explain other matters.

Although Colonel Andrei Grauehr indeed headed a special Disinformation
Service "Commitee of Information (KI)",
they are reffering to the KI from the Stalin era 1940s, while Golitsyn
is talking about the Disinformation services of the late 1950s early
1960s. In fact it was the Shelepin Report and drastic changes within
the Soviet Union which triggered Anatoly Golitsyn to write
"New Lies for Old" in the 1st place.

Even if one rejects Golitsyn's overall thesis -- viz., that
Gorbachev's changes comprised a long-term strategic deception --
one must still acknowledge that Golitsyn was the only analyst whose
crystal ball was functioning during the key period of the late 20th
century.
When the Soviet Empire collapsed in 1989, the CIA was chastised for
failing to foresee the change. "For a generation, the Central
Intelligence Agency told successive presidents everything they
needed to know about the Soviet Union," said Senator Daniel Patrick
Moynihan, "except that it was about to fall apart."
Sovietologists both inside and outside CIA were indeed baffled,
for their traditional method of analysis had yielded virtually no
clues as to what Gorbachev would do. When Mikhail Gorbachev took
power in February 1985, after the death of Konstantin Chernenko,
analysts like Roy Medvedev preoccupied themselves with trivial
details in the Soviet press, and gained no larger view. "The black
mourning frame printed around the second page where the deceased
leader's picture was run] looked rather narrow," Medvedev observed.
"It was still, however, a millimeter broader than the frames used
for the second-page announcements of the death of senior Politburo
members like Marshal Ustinov, who had died a few months
previously." There was nothing in the measurement of picture frames
to suggest liberalization in the USSR; therefore, no one suggested
it.
CIA's leadership acknowledged that fell short in predicting
Gorbachev's reforms, but could provide no real excuse. "Who would
have thought that just five years ago we would stand where we are
today?" Acting Director Robert Gates told Congress in late 1991.
"Talk about humbling experiences." Gates could have said: Our
reporting was poor because our Moscow network was rolled up,
coincidentally or not, precisely as Gorbachev was coming into
power. Gates did not say this, however. Instead, he suggested that
"We're here to help you think through the problem rather than give
you some kind of crystal ball prediction." This anti-prediction
line was echoed by the Agency's deputy director, Robert Kerr, who
told Congress: "Our business is to provide enough understanding of
the issue ... to say here are some possible outcomes.... And I
think that's the role of intelligence, not to predict outcomes in
clear, neat ways. Because that's not doable."
Yet someone had predicted glasnost and perestroika, in detail, even
before Gorbachev came to power. This person's analysis of events in
the communist world had even been provided to the Agency on a
regular basis.
In 1982, KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn had submitted a top-secret
manuscript to CIA. In it, he foresaw that leadership of the USSR
would by 1986 "or earlier" fall to "a younger man with a more
liberal image," who would initiate "changes that would have been
beyond the imagination of Marx or the practical reach of Lenin and
unthinkable to Stalin."
The coming liberalization, Golitsyn said, "would be spectacular and
impressive. Formal pronouncements might be made about a reduction
in the Communist Party's role; its monopoly would be apparently
curtailed.... The KGB would be reformed. Dissidents at home would
be amnestied; those in exile abroad would be allowed to take up
positions in the government; Sakharov might be included in some
capacity in the government. Political dubs would be opened to
nonmembers of the Communist Party. Leading dissidents might form
one or more alternative political Censorship would be relaxed;
controversial plays, films, and art would be published, performed,
and exhibited."
Golitsyn provided an entire chapter of such predictions, containing
194 distinct auguries. Of these, 46 were not soon falsifiable (it
was too early to tell, e.g., whether Russian economic ministries
would be dissolved); another 9 predictions (e.g., of a prominent
Yugoslavian role in East-Bloc liberalization) seemed clearly wrong.
Yet of Golitsyn's falsifiable predictions, 139 out of 148 were
fulfilled by the end of 1993 -- an accuracy rate of nearly 94
percent. Among events correctly foreseen: "the return to power of
Dubcek and his associates" in Czechoslovakia; the reemergence of
Solidarity" and the formation of a "coalition government" in
Poland; a newly "independent" regime in Romania; "economic reforms"
in the USSR; and a Soviet repudiation of the Afghanistan invasion.
-Golitsyn even envisioned that, with the "easing of immigration
controls" by East Germany, "pressure could well grow for the
solution of the German problem [by] some form of confederation
between East and West," with the result that "demolition of the
Berlin Wall might even be contemplated."
Golitsyn received CIA's permission to publish his manuscript in
book form, and did so in 1984. But at time his predictions were
made, Sovietologists had little use for Golitsyn or his "new
methodology for the study of the communist world." John C.
Campbell, reviewing Golitsyn's book in Foreign Affairs, politely
recommended that it "be taken with several grains of salt." Other
critics complained that Golitsyn's analysis "strained credulity"
and was "totally inaccurate," or became so exercised as to accuse
him of being the "demented" proponent of "cosmic theories." The
University of North Carolina's James R. Kuhlman declared that
Golitsyn's new methodology would "not withstand rigorous
examination. Oxford historian R.W. Johnson dismissed Golitsyn's
views as "nonsense." British journalist Tom Mangold even went so
far as to say, in 1990 -- well after Golitsyn's prescience had
become clear -- that "As a crystal-ball gazer, Golitsyn has been
unimpressive." Mangold reached this conclusion by listing six of
Golitsyn's apparently incorrect predictions and ignoring the 139
correct ones.
Golitsyn's analysis was as little appreciated within CIA as it was
in the outside world. "Unfortunate is the only term for this book,"
an Agency reader noted in an official 1985 review. A CIA analyst
took Golitsyn to task for making "unsupported allegations without
sufficient (or sometimes any) evidence," and for this reason would
be "embarrassed to recommend the whole." Golitsyn's case, other
words, was deductive: He had no "hard evidence," no transcript of a
secret meeting in which Gorbachev said the would do all these
things. Perhaps most fundamentally, as the philosopher William
James once noted, "we tend to disbelieve all facts and theories for
which we have no use." Who had any use, in the end, for Golitsyn's
belief that the coming glasnost and perestroika would merely
constitute the "final phase" of a long-term KGB strategy to
"dominate the world"?

It suddenly dawned on me what this sudden very aggressive legislation
grab WORLD WIDE, as David Icke put it, is all about. In an earlier
email "Subject: Re: EP Heidner's "9/11 ATTACK" as coverup for Gold
Collateral" i concluded :
"But money is not the sole motive why 911 happened. 911 happened
because the Internet made its act of appearance as that new
disturbing technology, which, most important, rendered void the old
techniques of hiding truth. Even Microsoft's Bill Gates had

renewed New Pearl Harbor and Reichtags fire to pull the strings of
power tighter together."
They apparently need a totalitarian system in place yesterday. Now why
is that? What are they so frantic about? What has 'Global Warming'
and 'Agenda 21' todo with this? Why are they allowing that key
resource oil to become a item of speculation and allow its price to
sky rocket? This will kill ANY economy. Someone wants to shutdown
our world wide economy overnight. Why is that? From another email

Looking at how they promoted diesel fuel in the past two decades,
with all these Desert Storm Military campaigns in full action in
the Middle East, a new conspiracy comes to mind.
For every marketing campaign there is a hidden reason and agenda.
The quality of the oil crude, available on the oil market, is key
here. When high quality crude becomes rare, cheap straight
refinery of gasoline is as well. For the more expensive diesel
processing however any oil crude quality will do just fine.
Another reason for the diesel campaign, might be that for low
quality crude processing, even coal lique faction (CTL) [1] might
become a economical viable alternative. That is if high quality
crude becomes really rare.. which it will when Iraq and Iran are

Coals can also be converted into liquid fuels like gasoline or
diesel by several different processes. The Fischer-Tropsch
process of indirect synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons was used in
Nazi Germany for many years and is today used by Sasol in South

There's even rumors that the people with interests (i.e. its patent
holders) in coal lique faction are behind the current and coming Middle
East menace, and the way things are going, even debunking this theory
surely will reveal some interesting new facts.

method to store H2 Hydrogen in a liquid or solid method? Its simple
just fill your tank with Water (H2O)!

one knows that there are electrical devices which can be hooked up
to your car's battery, which convert Water into Brown's Gas :

Brown's Gas is also 'popularly' on these alternative radio adds called :
HHO, Age Age Ooo. Its a gas mixture which easily burns at intermediate

is that Brown's Gas is already a MIXTURE of Hydrogen and Oxygen, so
the burning efficiency is terrific by its chemical design. No additional
Engine Design needed.
Now if ordinary business owners or garage owners can start make this
technology available, all the customers need is access to proper water
and a Working Browns' Gas KIT, including warranty and maintenance.
So who's panicking? Its the Big Gasoline and Oil Industry.
What they apparently want to do now, is to kill-off any medium to small
businesses to prevent this from happening.. So why don't they kill the
Browns Gas businesses? They can't. They cannot stop the Internet from
spreading this news. One very rude way todo this overnight is however
to suicide, or takeover by force, the independent and private owned
economy, which is exactly what is happening right now.

On July 21, 2009 my car was impounded (not by police), but by the
Dutch IRS, for failing to hand-over trumped up tax charges which my
small business could have never earned, according to my filed tax
deductions. In addition the bank account of my small business has been
impounded by the IRS as well. An important part of my business
activities involves the use of my car. The impoundment of my car can
only be explained as an outrageous attempt by the IRS to shutdown my
business by force, without a valid and sane reason.
It can be compared to those EXACTIONS reported only to happen in former
overseas colonies like India and Indonesia. The difference being that
today such exactions have moved into Western Europe and America as well
, the home countries of these old style colonialists themselves. My
conclusion is that today the old style Colonialist has started to
devour his own home country and town, through abuse of power of IRS
